Cardio can be done in a multitude of ways. If you need low (or no) impact exercises, choose elliptical training, biking, or swimming. If you enjoy pounding the pavement, choose jogging or running. The key to good cardio is to push yourself as much as you can until you need to rest and then go back at it.
