Two At Home Fat Burning Workouts
If you’re like I once was, you probably think that the only place to work out is the gym. Well, think again! There’s really no reason to pay for membership at a gym or health club because there are plenty of fat-burning exercises that you can do from the comfort of your own home. There’s no doubt that your home can be a wonderful place to work out, and you won’t have to drive anywhere to do it!
The Benefits of Working Out at Home
There are numerous benefits of working out from home, including the lack of extra expense of a gym membership, and the cost of a regular commute to and from the gym. There are two wonderful and effective fat burning work outs that everyone should know, and they are easy to do from home.
This fat burning workout includes squatting with your full body weight, and push ups. These two simple moves are easy enough to do at home. For the first workout, start with standing, feet spread apart, and bend your knees so that you look like you’re sitting on air. You can use a pair of dumbbells to increase the intensity of your workout, and get even better fat burning results. If you don’t want to buy dumbells, you can buy a cheap sandbag from the hardware store (great for core work) or use full water bottles.
I suggest doing thirty-two reps with the dumbbells before moving on to push ups.
The second fat burning workout for home exercise is jumping jacks. Jumping jacks are a simple and effective way to burn fat in half the time. The jumping motion gets your whole body moving and this movement helps break down fat stored in your body. If you add two minutes of jumping rope, you can see even better fat burning results.
Roughly thirty to forty five minutes of this routine will dramatically decrease the amount of fat on your body, but I recommend starting with twenty minutes and increasing the amount of time you spend working out as you become more accustomed to it.
So, in summary, as far as exact numbers, start with 10 squats, move to 10 pushups, then do 25 jumping jacks and finish with jump rope for 2 minutes. Rinse and repeat for 3 sets of the circuit.
